One to one race tuition with one of our highly skilled instructors. Whether you want one over on your mates or the bragging rights in the office, tuition will see your lap times tumble.
For novices and racers alike
Our tuition suits all standards of driver, from the novice who wants the basics to the experienced racer looking to shave off the last few tenths. We tailor lessons for adults to your driving skills, and lessons for juniors to the driver's age and experience.
All our instructors have raced themselves and know our track better than anyone. Personal tuition fees start at £92, with personal programmes to help you learn what you need, improve your karting skills, record great lap times and hopefully make the podium.
What the session covers
The package is 30 minutes of classroom theory and two 15 minute driving sessions, covering driving position (posture and kart control, reducing the risk of spin outs), racing line and track position (optimum lines, turn in points, apex and exit, braking and momentum), driving techniques (starts, steering, overtaking and mastering turns) and team strategy (position, pace, and how not to get black flagged).
Your instructor
Driver improvement is Scott's passion. Whether you are in the driving seat for the first time or want to hone a particular skill, his expert advice will help you build confidence and achieve your goals. Scott is a former British Kart Champion.

Tuition is not in the online booking system. Call 01708 863070 or send an enquiry to arrange a session. To put it into practice afterwards, see open events.
Good to know
When should I arrive at the circuit?+
You will be given an arrival time when booking. For events this is 1 hour before your track time, for practice sessions 45 minutes beforehand. If you arrive after this time, even by 5 minutes, it may affect your time on the circuit. If you are more than 10 to 15 minutes late you may lose your slot altogether. If you are late you will not receive a refund under any circumstance.
Is there adequate car parking?+
Yes, there is plenty of free parking for all.
Do I need a driving licence or special licence to race?+
No. Many of our regular customers hold no licence at all. We provide full instruction, and all drivers must attend a safety briefing and view the National Karting Association safety video.
