The circuit

The international go karting track

900 metres long with ten corners, three full blast straights, two hairpins and the Devil's Drop. The five key sections explained by our race expert, and live timing from every session.

Long, fast and demanding

900 metres long, ten challenging corners, three full blast straights and two daunting hairpins. It all adds up to the fastest, most demanding outdoor go karting track in the county.

In our class leading 390cc race karts you will be sitting an inch off the ground and hitting speeds up to 60 to 70mph. It is one of the most sensational experiences on four wheels.

  1. 01

    The Complex

Named The Complex for good reason. Many a novice driver has run out of talent on this tough right, left, right series of bends.

Driver tip Slow in, then fast on the throttle out.

  2. 02

    Hairpins 1 and 2

A difficult combination of off camber hairpins that reward brave and decisive overtaking. Exit speed is all important if you want to carry momentum up the rise and along the pit straight.

Driver tip Slow and steady wins the race, at least on these corners. It is better to emerge at speed than to be brave and spin out.

  3. 03

    The Bridge

Another critical high speed bend. A quick dab on the brakes, turn in, then back hard on the throttle, clipping the apex late. Use all the track and all the power.

Driver tip Keep as much speed as possible through the corner. A light touch of the brake is all you need, then back on the throttle.

  4. 04

    Devil's Drop

The track drops away shortly before the last corner. Clip the apex before the drop, then a dab on the brakes to bleed away speed and turn smoothly into the final corner.

Driver tip Prepare to hit the brakes after taking the drop, ready for the final corner.

  5. 05

    Home Straight

Keep it smooth on the last corner. Taken correctly, it sets you up for maximum speed onto the home straight and across the start and finish line.

Driver tip Glide around this corner with your momentum, then full throttle for the chequered flag.
